The window to nominate a new IWF Utah member is open. Nominations are due by July 1, 2025.
NOMINATION PROCESS
Membership is by invitation only and limited to approximately 75 women. Women who meet the membership criteria may be nominated by any member of IWF Utah. To receive an invitation for membership, nominees must receive an affirmative two-thirds vote from active IWF Utah members.

How to Nominate
The process to nominate an outstanding woman is simple:
- Provide a CV/resume of the candidate

Submit either:
- The online or fillable nomination form, or
- A personal letter of recommendation
All nominations should be sent to:
- IWF Utah Membership Chair Ze Min Xiao: zxiao@belonginutah.org
- And: admin@iwfutah.org
Information to Include in the Recommendation Letter
- The nominee's contact information – preferred phone and email address

- How you know the nominee
- How she might contribute to IWF and IWF Utah (attending events, hosting events, giving presentations, committee service, etc.)
- How she might benefit from IWF and IWF Utah Forum

How the nominee meets the Membership Criteria for:
- Achievement and Leadership
- Recognition
- Commitment to Community and Advancing Other Women
The membership nomination deadline is July 1, 2025.
